Virgin olive oils are the oils obtained from the fruit of the olive tree solely by mechanical or other physical means under conditions, especially thermal conditions, that do not result in changes in the oil and which have not undergone any treatment except washing, decantation, centrifugation and filtration.

Our olive oil made of Coratina cultivar which is considered nutritionally the richest and the stablest among monocultivar olive oils. Due to the highest polyphenol count it has the longest shelf life for up to 24 months provided storage conditions have been followed.
